Your Planning Session
This is where the process begins—calmly and intentionally.
Before any paperwork is filled out, we start with a guided Planning Session designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and clear about what comes next. This first call isn’t about making decisions or locking anything in.
It’s about understanding the process before you move forward.
During this session, we’ll walk through your Ceremony and Reception Planners together, section by section.
We’ll explain what each part is asking, why it matters, and how to think through it—
so you’re not guessing or overthinking later.
There’s no pressure to have answers yet.
We’re not gathering your full vision on this call, and we’re not taking detailed notes.
You’re welcome to take notes for yourself, ask questions as they come up,
and pause whenever something needs clarification.
This is simply a guided walk-through to help you feel grounded before you begin.
We recommend scheduling your Planning Session within the first month after booking.
Couples who do this early consistently tell us they feel more relaxed, more prepared,
and grateful they didn’t have to figure everything out on their own.
Planning Sessions are typically held Monday through Wednesday evenings, between 6:30 and 8:30 PM.
Most calls last about an hour. We ask that you’re able to sit down, be present,
and have your planners in front of you during the session—
this is time well spent when you can give it your attention.
If your work schedule makes those evenings difficult—
especially for those in healthcare, nursing, or shift-based roles—please reach out.
We’re always happy to explore alternate options when possible.
Once this session is complete, you’ll fill out your planners at your own pace.
Your second planning call is where we dive into your vision and bring everything together with intention.
